Our Maen Flow has rapidly become a highly regarded screed for laying over underfloor heating due to it being quick to apply with superior finish coupled with excellent thermal conductivity. Our flowing screed is a sustainable product as the as the binder is a by-product of an industrial process.
We offer a technical service which can include assisting you with getting a specification for your site. Flowing screed requires less man-power than traditional sand and cement as it can be pumped into place and it self levelling. We are also able to suggest contractors who can lay the flowing screed for you.

There is a vast selection of recipes to make ready mix concrete and they all have different uses and strengths. We have 3 types of flowing screed. Each type has different uses and benefits. We cannot specify what mix that you use but we can advise you. You should always use the type of flowing screed that has been specified by your professional builder or quantity surveyor.
